👨‍👩‍👧 For parents

Who it is for

Youpi Youpi is for children aged 2 to 6. Each story is short: long enough for a feeling and a little lesson (bath time, the dark, sharing), not long enough to hold a child’s attention for hours. The games work on colors, numbers, memory and shape recognition, always with a finger and with no reading.

Our commitments

Watching on YouTube

The Yippee Yippee! channel is declared “made for kids”: it appears in YouTube Kids, and YouTube shows no personalized ads on it. Comments are turned off by YouTube, as on every channel for children.

Sound credits

The animal sounds in the game “Who makes this sound?” are real recordings. Most of them come from Mixkit (free license). The following come from Wikimedia Commons: the rooster — Draceane, CC BY-SA 4.0; the duck — Jonathon Jongsma, CC BY-SA 3.0; the turkey — Jonathon Jongsma, CC BY-SA 3.0; the bear (Yellowstone Sound Library, public domain) and the tiger (CC0). The whale (poorartistt), the pig (mollyroselee), the dolphin (sondangsirait419) and the bird (freesound_community, cardinal) come from Pixabay (Pixabay license). The clips are cut to a few seconds and leveled in volume.

Privacy

This site collects no personal data: no form, no account, no cookies, no audience measurement tool, no advertising network. The level chosen in the games is kept on your device and nowhere else. The only requests sent to a third party are those to YouTube (video thumbnails, and the youtube-nocookie.com player when a video is started); they are covered by Google’s privacy policy. The hosting provider keeps technical connection logs (IP address, page requested) for the legally required period, for security purposes only.

Under the GDPR you may write to us with any question at the address above. As the site keeps no data, there is nothing to correct or erase.
